My curiosity in photography began as a kid. My parents stored so much camera equipment in our basement - developing canisters, lenses, slides, tripods - and every time I explored all the neat stuff they had, I always found myself wanting to know more about it.
My interest in the medium skyrocketed during my time in performing arts school. I took a course on the history of photography, learned how to compose shots and develop black and white film in another introductory course and many years later learned the mechanics of digital photography in 2010. Today, I just play, using the camera as a tool to experiment and document my encounters with everyday things and to capture and observe the world around me.
These are some of my favorite moments.
